How the pricing table works

Fans of smartphones from the Pixel range and of the photo can have a smile. Google has just announced that the “camouflage” feature, previously reserved for the Pixel 6a, will be generalized to the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro.

The “camouflage” editing feature is available on the Google Photos application at the level of the “magic eraser” tool. It allows you to change the tint of an element present in the background of the photo to better blend it into the background. The gaze is thus directed towards the real subject of the photo. This feature has the advantage of being easy to use: all you have to do is circle the element whose hue you want to modify for the changes to be applied directly.

The “camouflage” option will be available for the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro from July 28, the same day as the release of the Pixel 6a, said Matt Flegal, Google spokesperson. Finally, since this functionality is integrated into the Google Photos application, we can hope that the “magic eraser” and its “camouflage” functionality will eventually arrive on all Android smartphones.
