Union St Gilloise were the big surprise in the Belgian league last season and Rangers reached the Europa League final, only losing the trophy on penalties, so it’s not necessarily an easy draw even though the biggest piece for Monaco appears to be Rudd van Nistelrooy’s PSV in the preliminary round which begins tonight.
