Salome finds Swan on the beach bringing her water and a sandwich. Eliott and Greg are there.
Salomé wants to confront Cardone with the infamous phone to make her confess.

Clotilde and Joachim are happy to spend even more time together…even if they have professional obligations. Clotilde doesn’t act the same way with Joachim when she’s the chef at Double A and he has to repair an oven.

Teyssier reads the phone messages to Cardone. She denies the facts. Cardone even decides to call the police for an investigation to be carried out. Cardone is taken to the police station for questioning.

Tony and Gaetan work on the simple and quality menu of the coffee-shop.
Solal announces to Tony and Gaetan that the owner is not keen on them resuming click’n collect because there is no experienced person in the kitchen.
Laetitia thinks they shouldn’t abandon their project.

Noémie is alive, she has many injuries: she hitchhikes on the road. She seems to have run away. Exhausted, Noémie sits down in the middle of the road.

Mr. Caplan has an appointment with Antoine, he’s the owner of the Rivière table…he wanted to see which students could take over the place. Laetitia says that Antoine is not present…but she takes care of him. She offers him the next day an appointment before a former student. Once gone, Laetitia sends a message to Tony to tell him that she has a plan for the coffee-shop.
Tony must pass as a former student of the class of 2012. He wants to give it a shot.

Cardone is indicted. Chief Bury accepts that the championship continues, the tests will take place at the end of the week.

Joachim tells Clotilde that he’s tired of her yelling at him. It’s the clash in front of the students. She even tells Joachim that she wonders if they did the right thing to hire her.

Noémie arrives at the Beaumont hotel, completely to the west: it is Salomé and Swan who take her in their arms. Noémie explains that she was sequestered in a cellar…and she fled. Noémie is in shock. She says that the responsible is not Cardone, it is not she who kidnapped her.

Laetitia received a call from Guillaume but she did not answer.
