“Dancing with the Stars” is one of the French TV shows. Broadcast on TF1 since 2011, the program unites each year more than 3 million viewers ; a nice score that encourages the channel to repeat the adventure. Indeed, at the start of the next school year, it will launch season 12 of its flagship program.
A season of Dancing with the Stars which is already shaping up to be colorful, between departures and casting. Moreover, for some time, several names have already been circulating in the media. However, so far only two personalities are officially announced at the casting. Among them, a well-known face of stand-up made in France.
The second official candidate
Who will succeed Tayc, the big winner of season 11 of Dancing with the stars? For now, no one can answer this question. In any case, we can already affirm that Florent Peyre will try his luck to win the competition. And for good reason, the comedian is one of the two official candidates for the new season. It was on the TF1 Instagram page, on July 29, 2022, that we were kept informed of his participation.
Aged 42, the handsome brunette was revealed to the general public in 2010, in “We only ask to laugh about it”. For the little anecdote, in the program presented by Laurent Ruquier, he was the first comedian to win a score of 20 from the public. Following his departure from ONDAR, Florent Peyre will become one of the members of “Friday everything is permitted”.
Thanks to his appearances on television, the native of Valence is attracting more and more people to his shows and will even see himself opening the doors of the cinema. He has in particular starred in comedies such as “Raid Dingue” by Danny Boon, for whom he provided the first part at the Olympia, “Ducobu 3” or “Mission Pays Basque”. For information, previously he always asked to participate in DALS but never accepted.
DALS: The twists and turns
It goes without saying that fans of “Dancing with the Stars” can’t wait to see them on TV their favorite program. Behind the scenes, preparations for this great event are progressing step by step. And as in the previous season, 12 stars will take turns treading the floor of the show, and this, under the eye of the juries, including the ruthless Chris Marques, known as being the stingiest in terms of rating.
Moreover, speaking of the juries, for the new season, it there will be change. Indeed, in addition to Chris Marques and François Alu who will begin his second season, two newcomers will take their places on the chairs of the juries. They are pro dancer Marie-Agnès Gillot and singer Bilal Hassani, finalist for season 11 of Dancing with the Stars.
The latter therefore replace Jean-Paul Gaultier and Denitsa Ikonomova. Unfortunately for fans of the pretty brunette, record holder in terms of victory (4 in all), she would have decided to stop the show. She wants to integrate another. Indeed, it is rumored that the ex of Rayane Bensetti has signed a big check. She will become the choreographer of the “Star Ac’”. Same story for Christian Millette and Maxime Dereymez.
The departure of Karine Ferri from Dancing with the Stars
On the animation side, there is also change. May Camille Combal fans be reassured! The former protege of Cyril Hanouna will always be in control from the program. On the other hand, for his sidekick, Karine Ferri, a page turns. The darling of Yoann Gourcuff will therefore no longer be at the helm of “DALS le débrief”.

Regarding rest of the castthe star of the 2000s, Billy Crawford, will also be part of the adventure. And as we said in the prelude, other names are already circulating in the media. Not to mention singer Anggun, comedian Az, influencer JustRiadh and so many more. In short, with all these beautiful people, there is no risk of being bored in Dancing with the stars.
