Noémie can’t rest, every time she closes her eyes…she thinks back to her kidnapping.

Joachim is still angry with Clotilde…she tells him that sulking is a bit childish.
Clotilde says that in the kitchen, she is fast and direct. The tension is there between the 2.

Kaplan finds Gaetan and Tony at the Rivière table: Laetitia sells Tony as an experienced chef who will train Gaetan.

Tony plans to cook without fuss: zucchini beignet, tempura, croque-monsieur… Kaplan validates the project but he asks Tony and Gaetan to prepare a small dish for them directly.
