Game News Avatar Frontiers of Pandora: any idea of the release date of the Ubisoft game in the universe of the cult film?
It’s 2009 and days away from entering a new decade, the first Avatar movie is shaking the entire planet as the license makes us feel like the phenomenon of the next few years. However, this was not the case, but the franchise intends to make up for lost time. New film, new video game productions, … Among the most intriguing projects, we find Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora whose release date is currently the subject of some rumour!
- Avatar: a comeback, to my Na’vi
- An aggressive schedule, Ubisoft is not so soft
Avatar: a comeback, to my Na’vi
Decidedly, the leaks do not seem to want to let go of Ubisoft at the moment! With Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, this is the third game from the French publisher that has been the subject of rumors on the web: a few days ago, it was Skull & Bones and Mario + Les Lapins Crétins: Sparks of Hope who were targeted. By betting on the universe of James Cameron’s cult film, Ubisoft had, in a way, a hollow nose since the license is preparing, by the end of the year, to make a dazzling comeback! A resounding reappearance in dark rooms and a resurgence in popularity that will be supported by a whole host of projects!
For example, it is known that the Chinese company Tencent (League of Legends) is hard at work to ride on the success of James Cameron’s next film, called Avatar 2: The Waterwayto make a new box with its own title, with MMO sauce. Nevertheless, on paper, it is above all the Ubisoft project that wins the day and, inevitably, when you are a major game that has not been heard from for some time, you attract the ‘Warning. If one wonders where the development is at the moment, it could be that there are some open secrets on the side of the insiders, and in particular on the side of Tom Henderson.
An aggressive schedule, Ubisoft is not so soft
This week, the gaming planet had its eyes on the release date of the last big titles of 2022. While the soap opera on the launch of God of War: Ragnarok don’t end, Tom Henderson, who also had a quick word about Sony exclusivity, hinted at the possible release date of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and it looks like the last three months of 2022 will be very busy. ! Even though the reliability of Tom Henderson has been proven on many occasions, it is always good form to take this kind of information with a grain of salt.
I don’t know the release date, btw.
To speculate though, November 11 would be my guess.
The next installment of Need for Speed is set to launch on November 4, and sources have suggested that Ubisoft’s current Avatar title plan is set to launch on November 18.

According to him, Ubisoft could launch Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora on November 18, which would mean that the releases will follow on the side of the French publisher. Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope October 20, skull bones November 8 (according to rumours) and Avatar: Pandora’s Frontiers November 18: risk of counter-productivity, desire to settle widely in the video game landscape at this time of year or attempt to stick to the release of the second film? All of this will be confirmed to us, or not, in due time by the publisher itself, but it wouldn’t be the first time that Ubisoft has set itself such a condensed schedule: to be continued!
